• Your name, email address and phone number, given when you book.
• Notes taken during or after your call, so we can help you better.
• Basic technical information from your visit, such as pages viewed.

• To confirm your booking and send call reminders and joining links.
• To deliver the call and follow up on what was discussed.
• To answer your support questions and keep payment records.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure page and are never stored by us.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example our payment gateway, scheduling and email tools — and only as far as needed, or where the law requires it.

We keep booking and payment records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes, and other details only while they are useful for supporting you.

You can ask us to correct or delete your details, or to stop sending you messages, by writing to business.teamkartikarya@gmail.com. We act on such requests within 30 days.
