Cancellation & Refund Policy

The ₹51 diagnosis call fee is non-refundable once your booking is made. The fee reserves a one-to-one slot with our team, and that slot cannot be resold once it is held for you.

• One reschedule is allowed at no extra cost if you write to us at least 24 hours before your slot.
• Requests made less than 24 hours before the slot cannot be accommodated.
• If you do not join your slot, the call is treated as delivered and is not rescheduled or refunded.

In the rare case that we have to cancel and cannot offer you an alternative slot, the ₹51 fee is returned to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

If you were charged twice for the same booking, or money was debited without a booking being created, write to business.teamkartikarya@gmail.com with the payment reference. Verified duplicate charges are returned within 5 to 7 working days.
